This training session focuses on how you interact and connect with your audiences as a leader: finding and building on your preferred leaderships style and approach. A key aspect of this training is helping you to identify your own strengths and weaknesses and what works best for you. This training session will answer the question of how best to interact with your audiences to achieve engagement, action, loyalty and to make sure that they care about your messages.

• This is an interactive coaching and training session with a focus on how to maximize your skills,
  opportunities, internal and external channels for best-in-class leadership communications.
• What is impactful storytelling in the digital era of information overload, lack of time and
  performance cultures? How will you make sure your message lands?
• Interview playback will be used to assess message delivery, body language and tone of voice.
• Following the training session, each leader will immediately be provided with personalized
  feedback and recommendations.
